Service Commitments
Senfa puts customers’ needs first, and we hope to reach new cooperation constantly through our excellent service.
Supply commitment:
We will deliver goods and provide services in strict accordance with the schedule stipulated by the buyer and ensure the completion of the project on time.
The products are labeled with such information as “manufacturer, after-sales service phone No., and sales date”, so that users can contact the company at any time.
At first supply, 5% of the wearing parts will be provided free of charge. A certificate showing that the goods comply with the contract will be issued at the time of supply.
According to the needs of customers, the company can provide cooperation in construction and guidance for installation, and even guide and train a group of personnel who are able to complete maintenance tasks independently for users, to ensure the completion of projects on time and in good quality.
Quality commitment:
The company undertakes to produce all products in strict compliance with contract requirements and national standards from raw material procurement to production process and put an end to the supply of nonconforming products.
For quality problems raised by customers, the company will give reasonable explanations and rectify them in time.
The company will compensate users for any loss caused by product quality problems.
After-sales commitment (within the warranty period):
The company undertakes that the service life of lamp poles is not less than 20 years and the warranty period of other products is one year.
All faults and quality problems, except man-made damages and those caused by force majeure, will be repaired for free within the warranty period.
The company undertakes that the response time for repair is 1h and it will arrive at the site at the fastest speed. The repair will be carried out continuously without interruption until the fault is removed.
The company establishes perfect customer archives and conducts regular telephone follow-up to learn about the use of products.
After-sales commitment (beyond the warranty period):
Lifelong maintenance will be available for all products. Repair beyond the warranty period will only be charged for the cost of materials and not for labor cost.
Based on the requirements of the customer, the company can train a group of maintenance and repair operators for free to ensure the normal operation of products.
Compensation commitment:
The company undertakes to compensate users for any loss resulting from product quality problems or construction period problems, except man-made damages and those caused by force majeure.
